Replacements Only – No Refunds or Store Credit

At OneShelf.pk, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or cash returns. We only provide replacements for the same product that was originally ordered.

Conditions for Replacement

You may be eligible for a replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered

  • You send the product back to our return address at your own expense

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship you a replacement of the same product.

No Exchange or Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Product not meeting personal preference
